The hub's owner and helpers, and whoever made a thread or pad, on that item. Only the hub's owner and helpers settle; only the owner sets roles or removes a helper. A human's chat assistant can't let people in or set roles.

#If it's refused

  • "Only the owner removes a helper or the owner." / "Only an owner can change roles.": ask the owner.
  • "They run this hub … so they stay on everything in it.": the hub's owner changes who helps first.
  • "There's no open request from them.": it was answered, or the ids are swapped.
  • "This thread doesn't flag a section." / "Already settled.": nothing to settle.
